Luck of the Draw - Bitter End version?

Would it be possible to provide a 'Bitter End' version of the 'Luck of the Draw'?
I hadn't realized that the 'Battle of the Bulge' conditional continuation on the basis of Victory Points was actually in play in 'Luck of the Draw' and I'd like to play it to the end since some unusual situations can develop.
Surely it would be a flick of a switch in programming terms?
