V 3.0 Availability?

I have a friend here in Washington State who claims to have ordered V 3.0 from a source in England. I can find no mention of V 3.0 in either the STORE or PRODUCTS section of the SLITHERINE web site. What is the status of this Rules set? Thanks. Terry G.

V3 is being sold by Caliver Books -

Both rules and book 1 army list out now via Caliver books
Army list book 2&3 in new year. There will only be three books

Rules are also available through On Military Matters in the US.
