We were a bit thrown by the lack of mount/dismount mechanism for Dragoons in our game today.

Are we to assume they're always dismounted, or can they be represented as either?

Their musket capability suggests they're on foot but their move distance is more akin to mounted.

If they were mounting/dismounting there would surely be a bit more faff involved?

Dragoons are assumed to be mounted or dismounted as they need to be, but this is not represented by having separate bases for each state.
