Awards stats are all over the place

So I finished the tutorial missions, got DV-V-V-DV, no restarts, didn't touch skirmish yet.
Now, the stats on the uniform page...
Distinctive Unit Identification shows 3/18 campaign victories.
Defense Distinguished Service Medal shows 2/2 successive decisive US victories.
Army Distinguished Service Medal shows 1/3 successive US victories.
Purple Heart awarded... I didn't lose any helos, though several got damaged.
Meritorious Service Medal shows 4/10 US victories.
Army Commendation Medal shows 3/3 US victories.
Army Good Conduct Medal not awarded -- though just 1 victory required.
7 months after the release... really?
