Romans, Carthaginians, Syracusans, Tarentans, Lucanians, Samnites, Gauls, and the arrival of Pyrrhus. Who will be lords of Italy and Sicily?
Interestingly, this is the same period as FOG 2. Good for comparison if you play both.

We have enough to start but we’ll wait until next week-end. I’ll try to get two more from the veterans as 6 is the perfect number.

And me too for #6!
Sorry for not replying to your PM fogman, been playing in another online wargame competition* which was soaking up all my gaming time and driving me to the point of mental breakdown! But that's over now, and some more fogman mayhem would be great!

We’ll be using version 2 of the scenarios. Delete the first versions first before installing. Scout the scenarios by playing hot seat first before the tournament.

TDefender wrote:just to ask: why no fog of war?
Because fog of war can not be implemented at this scale. The concept of "if one unit sees something, the whole army sees it” is wrong. Also, a line of cavalry or elephants can be hidden by infantry in front of them, which is even more wrong.

You as Pyrrhus host Enakan.
But Edmund as Pyrrhus host you. And yes Edmund should re-do his challenge without FoW and Double Move.
In effect, you play both sides of the scenario but not against the same player.

Hey!
I had the same problem a month or two ago about downloading scenarios.

I had to look that up in a dictionary: majuscule, the opposite of miniscule. You learn new things here all the time!
Game up for Edmund.
pw majuscule
PS Fogman, what is the situation in this scenario? I realise it's hypothetical, but why is Pyrrhus, one of the better generals of his day, fighting the Carthaginian line while enemy forces bear down on his flank and rear? If he loses, his army will get crushed like a bug.
