Configuring PBEM Notifications

Hi guys,
we've added the way for you to configure if you receive notifications from the server in multiplayer when it is your turn. If you no longer wish to receive these PBEM notifications you can turn them off here:
https://www.slitherine.com/members/subscriptions.asp
You can also turn them back on again if you change your mind. At the moment it is a global system that turns them all on or off but at some point we;d like to make it a bit more fully featured and allow you to control what type of notifications you receive.
