Had enough of those chippy Romans trying to bully their way through Italy? Or do you harbour a secret desire to *be* those chippy Romans? If the answer to either of these questions is 'Yes' then this may be of interest!

Romanes Eunt Domus is a mini-tournament where nine brave souls will vie for control of Italia. The forces involved are:

Apulian
Bruttian
Campanian
Italian Hill Tribes
Lucanian
Roman 280-220BC
Samnites
Syracusan
Umbrian

Armies will be chosen at random. Every round for four rounds, each commander will issue two challenges, so by the end of Round IV everyone should have played everyone else twice. The challenger will choose the terrain for each battle. Points will be awarded to the victor; one point for a win plus an additional point for each complete 15% difference in casualties (INT(Difference%/15)+1). After four rounds the commander with the most points wins bragging rights over Italia. A tie will be resolved by a play-off.

Edit: It has been pointed out that Ligurian is a disaster of a list so Lucanian has been substituted using the Bruttian/Lucanian list.

When you say "armies will be chosen at random", do you mean the army list or the army composition?

All abilities are welcome - it's not like I'm any good at the game This is just a bit of fun anyway and I'm sure everyone will be happy to answer questions along the way. If you still want in, the last spot is yours.
