First Impressions :)

Only played 3 games so far, but I love it. The system is familiar, but different enough to make it really fun, but not "gamey." Great map, and the chit system (I thought I wouldn't like it, but was proven WRONG) adds variability which, IMO, increases replay value.
One question to gamers who have owned this longer than me (about 6 hours)...after one game at the lowest difficulty setting, and 2 at medium (all as Confederates), I find I have no difficulty winning a crushing victory. I am movung up to 3 stars, but have had the game for less than a day, so I just wondered abut other gamer's experience.
This is not a complaint...I have yet to play the Union, or use the (3 star) diffuilt setting. I mention it because the Confederate victories seem due, in part, to the game mechanics. Specifically, the chit system, and movement. Maybe I am missing something, but it seems that it is too easy to move Confederate infantry from flank to flank (unsing roads), rather like panzer brigades. I was able to attack the extreme left, switch to the extreme right with minimal difficulty. Additionally, I did not appear to be penalized for splitting divisions (one brigade here, another there...perhaps I am missing a command control feature? The other "gimmie" is that, if a chit (Combat) is played, you have a good chance of moving without fear of being counter-attacked until the next turn (and maybe after you have had a chanc to move. (OK, it can happen, but if the Union draws an early combat chit (particularly if the Rebels have initative), you can move into exposed positions, and then attack).
Sounds like I'm griping...but I really like the game...haven't had much time to explore it, so I though a post might draw feedback. I'm not sure if the game is even playable head-to head, but if so, most of my observations would evaporate. Being the AI is always a tough job...humans are so much more devious.
