Streams joining

When I have two streams that I want to join this is shown as

Is there a way to show this just like roads getting together?

Is there not a stream T junction tile that you could use here ?

The autoedging routines cannot handle stream-stream junctions so you have to add the tile manually.
You will find the stream-stream junction tile amongst the overlay tiles.
