I try to reply to PM's I receive. However, all my replies end up in the outbox. They never move to sent. Others can obviously send PM's so it must be something with my user.

Is there any setting that can prevent PM's from being sent?

if they sit in the send box, then the user hasn't read them, only when they go into the sent, have they been read, or so i understand it, but the forum and servers / data center has had some issues of late, so could be that
