It's a bit early to expect an expansion, but what period, or equivalent expansion from the original FoG game, would you like?

I hope for the equivalent of "Immortal Fire" - 7th century BC ~ 3rd century BC : ancient Greece, Persia, Macedonian, early Carthaginian, etc

Id like to see Roman Imperials, and attacks against forts. The Jewish revolt maybe!

I would like them to mix it up a little and not let the classical era dominate. Maybe swords & sandals, then dark ages, then medieval, then back to classical.

I agree with the OP about Immortal Fire type coverage.

I wish to be in late antiquity/ dark ages, fall of Rome up to rise of islam.

First expansion ? .... i want all the expansions from Immortal Fire to Oath of Fealty

If I recall correctly tabletop FOG went with Storm of Arrows and Immortal Fire as the first two army books. Putting those out simultaneously would cover a lot.

1. Rise of Rome (since it's a rome based game it's only right)
2. Immortal
3 legions triumphant
4. Battle pack
5 Byzantine
6. Then the medieval stuff and unity expansions would be awesome

Immortal first would be cool too but we have to remember Fog still is a Rome based game so it would only be right to cover Rise of Rome first.

I just wish those came with more scenarios like around 15-20 like decline and fall and eternal empire. The expansions from the unity engine would be great combined with everything. A battle pack would be nice too with even more battles like a battle pack with over 20 scenerios.

I'm pretty sure I saw in my game that this release is subtitled "Rise of Rome". Did the original FG Rise of Rome expansion differ in timeline or army lists?

So fog2 is based off rise of Rome?

My vote would be for Decline and Fall, the Byzantines and the early Islamic dynasties.

In time period yes. However, its armies are taken from more than just the table top Rise of Rome book and include some from Immortal Fire.

I see no love for Pike and Shot / Renaissance / Eastern Europe type stuff... That makes me a sad panda

Pike and shot already has a game - Pike and Shot

I prefer first one be diferent to base game... something medieval.

But for me all the be release "Inmortal fire" or "Eternal Empire" is good.

I dont think a battle pack be a good first DLC in the moment comunity can do this bigger and faster.... i prefer expand the army list options and maybe when we have over 7 army lists release one of this but for me all that in a game like this not means add new armies is a waste of time.

Around me a lot of players on Steam demands a medieval setting, personally I like to see the Wolves of the Sea (Vikings) expansion.

My heart says "Swifter than Eagles" should be next for some fun of truly biblical proportions! But it makes sense to produce "Immortal Fire" first as they already have a lot of models already designed and running in "Rise of Rome".
