In skirmish battles, has anyone ever seen a "great commander" CC (command range) of 12?

I have seen a pattern of generally 1 Field commander ( 8 CC range) and some troop commanders, but have had 2 Field commanders as well.

You won't get GCs in skirmish battles, but you will in some historical battles and campaigns.
