Slitherine

I'm trying to register the game on the slitherine platform but find some problems because the key in the file Fieldofglory2, present in the folder documents/Mygames, is considered invalid.
Where do I find the correct key? (Just to know, I've bought the game on the steam platform)

you can't register a game bought on steam here, if you buy from here you can, as the key is provided, buy from here you also get the standalone site none steam version and key, plus you get a steam key to use on steam if you wish

But you can still play MP, using your login for this board.

I can't see an option to get a Steam Key in the list of My Games with Steam Key. I have registered my game. I'd like to play via Steam, but bought via the Slitherine site.

You don't have to redeem a Steam key. The serial number provided is a Steam key.

Thanks got it now - didn't know the serial number was the same thing as the Steam key!

Can those of us who purchased the game via Steam upgrade to a boxed edition? If so how to we go about it if the game can't be registered?

If you upgrade to a boxed edition, you will get a CD but (as you say) no serial. But as you already have a copy of the game that isn't an issue.
