Join the discord server guys

It's a great place to foster an online gaming community to really get FOG 2 online going. And also could be a good place for banter about ancient and medieval warfare. I saw a link to it on the steam forum but theres probably one around here too.

indeed, its very compact, browser based (if u dont want to download easy to install client) , exactly what fog 2 needs for online matchmaking,discussions , and in general. Link to fields of glory 2 Room on discord :

you do not need to have a mic, there is a 'general' and 'matchmaking' chat rooms where most of the stuff is happening, which is text chat

I'm in under the same nickname. I've set up some MP games. I'm really looking forward for live MP though.

me 2 i really hope their priority is live mp and things like that. getting another 20 factions is nice but , isnt 48 already enough , at least for a year to come
modders can add more units to the rosters etc

Adding Live MP would be an engine change, so it would be an entirely different development team from DLCs. So work on one would not hinder work on the other.
