FOG old & new and now FOG 2?

So, how does FOG 2 compare to FOG old & new.? I still like FOG old and not FOG new. FOG new lost a lot in graphics and info on the battles.
How is FOG 2 with relaying info on units, etc....
After FOG new I'm a little gun shy about buying FOG 2.

FOG2 is a major step forward from "old" FOG. "New" FOG had far too many problems on release to be enjoyable, which was a shame. I wouldn't have any hesitation about recommending FOG2. I think it is going to be a very successful series.

The AI is definitely better.

I am; as I progress though it and increase difficulty I see a lot better challenge than old FOG.
The gameplay is still simple to learn but mastering it now has a goal to it. The ai was so bad in FOG that I hardly played it after a few skirmishes with several armies.
