Pike and Shot upgrade

I am trying to upgrade to Pike and Shot Campaigns but my serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx will not be accepted for the advertised discount. Help!

Please don't post your serial numbers (or any private details) in a public forum.
Regarding your issue, you are not using your your P&S serial number but the one from the expansion.

I have now purchased, downloaded and installed the P&S Campaigns. When I run the game I get re-directed to an upgrade which unfortunately gets me nowhere on both Slitherine and Matrix Games sites. Help!
