Menu Option Save & Load

The menu option Save & Load does not work for me
in the Menu (In the Editor it works) :

You have clicked on OPTIONS at the bottom of the main menu screen, as shown here:

The Save & Load tab does not work in this situation because you don't have a game loaded to
save yet and you have not made a selection yet as to what type of game to
load: SINGLE PLAYER or MULTIPLAYER (or EDITOR).
Once you do load a game in one of those modes, then you can access the Save & Load tab by clicking Options within the game:

Thank you for your answer.
In reality I wanted to see if it was possible to configure the automatic backup (Auto Save).
It seems that the game only save the end of the last turn automatically.
It wanted to see if it is possible to create a savegame at the end of each turn. It is useful when we test a game which we created and which there are bugs (triggers).
I know a game which has this option (namescenario-0001, namescenario-0002...).
With the Replays, it takes time.
