Exporting Core Units

When you expert core units from Morning Sun to Rising Sun do just the units transfer or do the specializations, RPs, and leaders carry over too?

Just the units and, IIRC, they must be "purchased" and retain only 30% of their experience (for balanced campaign play).

This doesn't make sense if you are suppose to be transferring your Core/Corps to a new Campaign. I can see paying the "command points" to deploy the force; but, the way you have it they were all KILLED OFF!
