November 31st?

I did a double-take while testing my scenario just now. November 31?
It's not a year-specific bug. That was 1945. I created another November 31 for 1941:
And it's not about October 1 in itself as a starting point. I used this formula to create yet another November 31:
It seems whatever formula you use, if it will calculate to "November 31" on a particular turn, that erroneous date will display.
