Cant play Multiplayer

Hi,
have startet szenario [2vsKI] War plan Orange - 3
Make my turn - lod up
Other player make his turn - never load up ...
he press "upload" .. nothing happen - game not more responsive ...
Sorry to say this - but the multiplayer network code is a big SH** ..
as example : I can connect to an not for me ready game, and see an endles loop of "connecting" ... it should come an mssg say "other player turn is not ready ATM .." or so...
Better sell the game as Single/HotSeat only ...

it shows 1vs1 battle works - but none of the 2 vs AI Battles ..
