City/Town hexes and Efficiency

Hello. Is there an advantage to moving damaged low efficiency units onto city/town hexes to recuperate?
Hail, Hailstone! No, quite the opposite, in fact. The manual says, "Unlike strength, efficiency will automatically recover when a unit doesn’t move and is not involved in combat for at least one full turn. It may take several turns for a 0 efficiency unit to fully recover to the maximum efficiency level of 10." So, it's best not to move the unit at all except if it's in danger of being attacked where it currently sits. Also, the unit needs to be in supply to recover efficiency.Hailstone wrote:Hello.
