I noticed that skin camouflage is working in Rising SUN and Morning Sun campaign and MARINES WOW!!!! great at least !!!!! I saw future specializatons "FIELD CAMOUFLAGE" so I belive that soon it will be also avialable in Blitzkrieg and another campaigns!!! awesome!!

but I remember that at the first time the skin camo textures looked better. I hope that it will be fixed in the future...now the skins are too grainy

Well, the possible good news is this: You discovered this on your own, correct? Or was it announced publicly? Because, if it was not announced yet, then it could be still a work in progress. So that would be what you are seeing, progress. Fingers crossed.

Well, I am hoping that is the answer. I don't know for sure; I am only speculating.

I have not seen this myself "in action". The Japanese stuff looks pretty cool

When using camo, some hints:

The more the view gets zoomed out, the more details tend to "melt" into eachother, there's not much we can do about it. Also, some units are more suited for this than others. From experience, units with large, plane surfaces work often well with camo, units with lotsa smallish details work not so well (esp. when zoomed out).

yes I understand. I see the same. the Japanese tanks looking good. more deatails and then the skin textures is lost on the details but, I belive that in future you wll find optimal method for this . this idea with camouflage is very good. You should not give up on that ...

So, the skins are just for the Japanese and Marines, no Wehrmacht yet?

I mean own skins !!!

Maybe you could open one of the default ones in GIMP and after resizing
lay your texture over the original image format but i dont know if the colours
will work - mostly depending on limitation of colours (bit) which can be
best changed with IrfanView.
