This list looks most impressive!
How will you model the chariots the Britons used? Can they be changed at will from skirmishing troops to foot infantry?

We are aware that that is how they fought. However, to avoid complication with swapping models back and forth, we represent them mounted. You can assume that they are actually dismounting for close combat but that is isn't depicted on the battle map.

Are you making them something like dragoons in Pike and Shot?

you have several early Italian armies, why not an earlier Roman army?

Those armies are in because they overlap with the 280 BC start date. Take the example of the Apulian list. We decided not to arbitrarily split it into a 420 BC - 281 BC list (in an expansion) and a 280 - 203 BC list in the initial release, because both lists would be identical. The Roman lists wouldn't.

Earlier Roman, Carthaginian, Macedonian etc. etc. army lists will be added when the game is extended to cover the period from 480 BC.

It seems this list goes back far enough to include most of the Diadochi so the successors are in play. Although I was wondering what list best represent Antigonus' army?

Antigonos will have his own list when we add the earlier period.

This is great news. Does this confirm you will make a Diadochoi dlc?

Well it will cover a lot more than that.

Will it be possible, with some editing, to create your own 'fantasy' army lists?
Something like a combined Roman/Germanic army or such.

The short answer is yes.

The army lists are in text file format. If you put them in a custom folder you can edit them any way you like.

how are number of men in unit linked with actual number of men visible on battlefield? would it be possible adjust that number somehow? (so let say if I change the number of men for single roman unit to represent maniple of 120 men, i will still keep 4x2 unit "icon")

Sure, you can make a custom folder, copy in the Squads file and edit the TotalMen column in the squads file.
