As reported by this user, there is no button to launch custom campaigns. I have all of Erik's loaded in C:\Users\Bruce\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2\Campaigns\ but the button is missing. He will be devastated!

Yes he is.
He has no way of testing the updated custom Blitzkrieg/Sea Lion campaigns
Maybe time to start a couple of multiplayer games while Lucas fixes this issue

I've fixed the issue but will build a new auto-patch after I've found & solved the reason for the significant framerate drop that seems to occur a several turns into each scenario.

Thank you very much, I'm glad I could help and will continue looking for any new bugs and errors that may pop up. (Such as the new one about the airstrip I just posted)

I just got the auto update, but the Custom Content button is still missing.

You guys do a great job of listening to the players and fixing things quickly, so I'm sure it will be resolved soon enough.

Yup, it's up to 4.14 now. I'm glad that frame rate thing is fixed - that sounded like a nasty bug. The button will be coming soon, I'm sure.

By "the frame rate thing" you mean the slowdown?

I'm on version 4.1.7 and I have no Custom Campaigns button.

I have reinstalled the patch, several times, checked the folders are in teh correct directory, but still no luck.

Interestingly the Battle of Britain Mod Campaign comes up on the initial screen, where you have to select vanilla game or BOB Mod, but I have no Custom Campaigns button after clicking teh Single Player Button.
I'm particularly interested in playing Sealion, which I have loaded into the Scenarios folder in C:\Users\myName\Documents\my games\Order of Battle - WW2.

For good measure, when the custom campaigns button still failed to show up, I also copied the Sealion folder into the Campaigns and Mods folders and it still doesn't show up. I'm wondering whether this may be more to do with the Custom Campaigns button than the scenario..

If it is a campaign (not a single scenario) then it should be in C:\Users\myName\Documents\my games\Order of Battle - WW2\Campaigns\. Not mods or scenarios.

I was surprised when I put the downloaded custom scenarios in the OOB scenarios folder in Document, My Games - and nothing appeared in the game. I have also tried the campaign and mod folder with no luck. I also checked the Battle of Britain game, but still nothing.

I have also tried the scenarios in the appropriate folders of the Steam Order of Battle - WW2_Data file. Nope!

A typical scenario folder contains :

Any suggestions - preferably not painful ones? Thanks a lot.

Note that custom scenarios and custom campaigns go into different folders.

Thanks Erik but I have tried all of those in scenarios and campaigns. Sadly, none of them show in the game.

As I wrote, I have tried them in the My Documents/My Games folders and the equivalent in the Steam folders. Sadly, nothing.

Maybe try reinstalling the game? I think that's wishful thinking!

Well, you might try a restart.
If you can post a screenshot of where your custom folders are placed we could rule out any errors there...

This screen shot is taken of the OOB folder contained within My Documents.

I have re-installed the game, but that didn't change anything. I downloaded some scenarios again, but still nothing. I do have my Steam game files on a separate partition and not the C: drive, but having put the scenarios in the internal OOB game folder, still nothing. I have run out of ideas now.

So, if you want to play against the AI, your next step would be to select first Single Player, then Custom Content and finally Scenarios.
If you have already done this and still don't see the single player scenarios I'm out of options...
Note that 1v1 etc scenarios are multi-player and should not display in the list after doing the selections above.

Well there you go! My game was updated automatically by Steam and suddenly - it all worked fine! Campaigns and scenarios are all installed and working fine. Magic!
