Hi how do I set up a multiplayer PBEM session? When i click on the Multiplayer button it asks me to login to the server. I don't where where to go to set up an account on that server?

I would really like to just save my turn, email it to my friend, and then he can do his turn and email it back to me. Each moving at his own leisure. Is that possible?
