Hi, I purchased the base game and several of the DLCs a while ago. I was able to add the base game to steam but my DLC content is missing.
Is there a way for me to activate my owned DLC on it as well?

yes just go into support and login and once the game has been registered, just get the steam key for it and use that key to install in steam

I started the download of a game and then stopped the download. Then I was sent an email with my serial numbers so I could register my games.
I had no clue as to the serial numbers due to Windows 10 dying on me numerous times and having to re-install it and losing everything I had saved on my PC.
