the game recognize my nick and pass, but i can´t log (ipad)

it is: correct nick, correct pass, but then nothing happens. The same problem in ipad air and ipad pro 12,9.
What can I do?

it needs to save the info, not just use it imo, and on a ipad, i have no idea tbh, must be a setting or permissions issue more than anything, as to be recognized but not be logged in, then it's not imo remembering the settings
