UPDATE ( GerMoD ) 15/8/2017

Thanks to everyone for your collaboration, mainly to mod developers, clarify that my mod is full of content borrowed from other mod, the credit is yours not mine.
The main mod of which you use the material is:
-Battlefield: Europe MOD v1.8
-Guille's PzCorps Support Base - Multipurpose Icons and more.
-Eastern Front: Soviet Storm v1.95
-PHCAS MOD

I know I'm not 100% perfect at this either (although I do my best), but this doesn't really seem like a very good attitude to have. I personally don't care if you steal my ideas, but I know others on the forum certainly will, and that is more likely when things that take lots of work such as icons are taken into account. So it is pretty important that you credit the authors in
every possible instance (and ask their permission first). I would hate to see a modder's work taken down because of plaigiarism issues.
On a more positive note, I like the look of those 3d units!
(Apologies if I come across in any nasty way or if there is translator issues, but the way I interpreted this made it come across as "ideas are mine unless you go to the effort of telling me you made them", which will be poorly received.)

What I mean is that I use the ideas and work of many people to work on this MOD, so the credit is not mine, if not all those people who see reflected their work in this MOD.
It is difficult to translate ideas, but thank you all if you see something that belongs to you in this mod.
The 3D units is a work in photoshop, I can make many new units, the problem is with (efx.pzdat) I do not understand it to assign the animations.
If you want to collaborate and change units that you understand you should not have, you are welcome, I have no problems.

You know Real Sound Mod by VPaulus? I made a vocal version of it for German units.
So in my mod the German units use german vocals...I asked VPaulus for permission to use his mod. Also I asked Puma, who made the german vocals.
Now I have a working german vocal mod, with all permissions.

I`d say if you asked and don`t get an answer within two weeks the author most likely doesn`t care anymore. So simply give credits and it should be fine. If not the author will contact you anyways. Not a super solution but better than nothing.
