Hey All,
I'm trying to remember the name of a PC game I played in the early 90's. Mix of RPG and Tactical combat in a post WWIII world based in Poland.
You started the game by creating your characters then left on missions of sorts to capture equipment and, well kill people. There was a decent attempt at a vehicle simulator.

Anyone remember this one?

published in 1994 by IPS Computer Group Sp. z o.o. whose theme is historical battle (specific/exact), turn-based, world war ii. It features a strategy genre and uses a top-down perspective.
still have it in my dos collection

A detail....if your squad was killed the end scene was a black screen with a mania Le laughing image of the bad guy. Something I saw way too many times
