In Panzer General/Panzer Corps it was cheaper to repair damaged units between scenarios than it was to repair them during a scenario.

Is this still the same on OOB or is the cost to repair a unit the same at all times?

I did not notice any difference in cost in restoring strength points during a scenario and the deployment phrase so its the same cost all the time.
