A patch and DLC are long overdue. We need news at least.

only the developer can answer and reply to this, if there is any errors you need to post, please feel free to post them in the tech section where we will try our best to answer them

I found and posted one (two?) bugs that I ran into directly to the Dev many, many months ago, which he fixed for the next patch. I have quit playing this otherwise very, very good game until I can play it with that bug (and others I have seen posted) fixed. I look forward to buying the DLC.

In my opinion the perhaps unavoidable slowness in the rollout of patches and DLC has had a truly negative impact on the popularity of this really good game.

This is a strait lie. The Slitherine decides what and when to release.

i'll push the request up the chain of command, but as i know nothing to say or post, as i've not heard anything regarding announcements etc, not a lot i can do other than to say the post has been seen and replied to, only the developer can answer when or if a given patch or update or anything else in the future, DLC etc is going to be added at a later date.

The new patch and DLC are still in progress. No-one is purposefully delaying anything here, it's just that things can sometimes take longer than you think they would when you have a complex game and a single (if talented) developer.

The developer is talented, there is no doubt about that (and your "if" is quite offensive). He had made a critical mistake than signed with a publisher - there is nothing can be done about that, or is there?

Sorry, I think you're misunderstanding me.

He is indeed a talented developer, but there's only one of him. (this is the meaning of my previous post)
