Editor 1.0 to 1.04 my scenarios not loading

Ok I have not played CEAW for a while (new baby and all) but I DLed the latest patch 1.06 and it crashed on my modded map before loading.
I loaded Editor 1.04.... crash on loading my sceanrio (map loaded fine)
Any changes that I should know about so I can delete them in the old editor to update the sceanrio for the new editor and 1.06 version?
Yes the mod loads up on the old editor just fine.
