2vAI wont let me upload initial deployment of forces

Can't upload initial deployment of forces in 2vAI (Bataan). Lets me them out but won't upload to next player - get the rising sun and it just sits there. Can still exit though. Also, OOB seems to be letting 3 players play against AI in 2vAI - Bataan. Same game Geoffrey.P.Smith is talking about in his post of 2 Jul 2017 12:50.
