Free MOAB bug! Also, stream notice ...

I was playing the new 1.1.0 beta version today, in preparation for my Twitch stream tonight, and tried out the MOAB for the first time. I did it as the last action of the turn, and got the big explosion and everything ...
Then I ended turn, and noticed at the beginning of the next turn I did not get charged the 4000 PP for usage:
Anyways, love the rest of the beta changes, the new convoy system works great!
On a related note, like I said I will be streaming this tonight (6/27) on my Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/grognerd. If anyone is interested, stop on by, the stream begins at 8 pm PDT ...
