Where does one find this mod, it was here now cannot locate!

Really guys what happened to the two mods produced by Earle Cook

Somebody should give you an official answer, but using The Wayback Machine, I was able to get a picture of the modder's scenario listings from last September. Notice what he said about the incompatibility of his scenarios with the 2.6.7c update (red boxes). Plus, I checked: He has not been around this forum since December. My guess would be that a forum moderator took the posts down after investigating and possibly finding that the links no longer worked anyway.
