I just bought Drive on Moscow which is on sale at steam and played my first scenario Typhoon with Konev.

If I want to play at the Zhukov difficulty, I expect the A.I to be better but are there any other factors that change ? Does the A.I cheat in any way ?

How was your first game against Konev? None of the AIs cheat in any way. The veteran AI takes into consideration more scenarios, while the casual AI simply guesses some of them.
