Not sure if this should be posited here but,
The app doesn't launch for me, just crashes after splash screen.
If it does get past the splash I get the menu in a extremely low quality, I can access the settings for some reason but anything else and it freezes.
Any ideas to try?

Press and hold the Home and Hold buttons, until the Apple logo shows. Then allow the device to reboot.
This will reset the device and clear the cache.

Same issue, I have also tried re-installing.

Which type of iPad you have?

I have an Ipad2 (Model A1395) running IOS 9.3.5

Still crashing as of update 1.1.2

Are you guys at least able to replicate this at all or is just my device?
If not, any other tips?

I have the same problem with my iPad. I just bought the game from the App Store. The game launches and I get the splash screen. But after the splash screen, it's just a black window. Nothing is displayed. I turned the iPad off and did a reset, but the problem still exists. I have a 64GB Apple IPad mini, model number MD530LL/A, IOS 9.3.5.

I get the same thing on my iPad too. Keeps crashing. Company name then black screen then it closes.

I have updated to the latest IOS and the latest version of the game. Any ideas?

I also tried a reinstall of the app, but still can not play the game. The game looks like this after the splash screen:

Checking in to see the status of my support request posted 5 days ago with no reply. I've not been able to play this game since purchase. Assistance is requested and greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Apologies for being slow with the answer. We were trying to sort this out, but the short story of it is that the game can't run properly on older devices. As a simple rule, if your device cannot install iOS 10, it probably cannot run the game. We are going to introduce this as a system requirement with the next update to the game.

Tamas, thank you for the update. I'm saddened to hear the game won't run. Any chance my IPAD purchase can be transferred to the pc for play?

Unfortunately since the iPad purchase was made via Apple and not us, we cannot switch/refund your purchase. If you wish to get a refund you'll need to contact iTunes support.

We are really sorry we cannot solve this issue for you, we tried to make the game run properly on these old models, but it is just not possible it seems.
