1941 Scenario

Help, no matter what I do, I can't get the 1941 Scenario to load or work, I have tried everything, even following directions! ( LOL) anybody know a foolproof way to install and play the game? I have all updates to the game, I installed the game automatically to the stock file locations,, sorry to be so lost, but I just can't get it to run no matter where I load/unzip or put the file ..............nothing seems to work any advice would be greatly appreciated
