I am replaying the Soviet Corps campaign and I noticed some major problems. I have played it before but had redownloaded the program on a new PC from the same purchase key.

1. There are no enemy units on the first Japan scenario
2. There are no enemy units on Finland
3. The game crashes when I try the Leningrad offensive with the Tiger tank, so I have to go the Caucasus route
4. There are no oil derricks on Caucasus to blow up when the engineer is on A
5. After winning at Caucasus, it says "Axis surrendered" instead of "Triumph" and takes me to the main menu
6. I have not received a single SE unit, and not even any purchaseable SP artillery or AA, which is usually available by Moscow.

The game seems to be running on the bare bones equipment file. The downloads were literally a few months ago when I got a new laptop so the files should be up to date?

Probably a version compatibility issue. Do you have other Panzer Corps DLCs/Games installed? If so, install them in the proper sequence and then the 1.30 patch. If you only have Soviet Corps, then again, install the 1.30 patch and see if that solves your problem.

Problem was solved when I ran an update, but I also had the Amulet mod running which was stopped after the update. I wonder if the Amulet mod doesn't work with Sovetcorps? It doesn't really matter given only the German units have the cool additional abilities and new units in that mod.
