Help and Editor Menus Greyed Out

I just reinstalled FoG on a new PC I bought. I am noting that in this newer "Unity" version of FoG that the Help and Editor choices in the Main Menu are greyed out. Is there something wrong with my install? I would think that the Help choice would be enabled. Why not the Editor too?

I dont believe the Devs have fixed this since unity came out. Seems a long time but it is what is.
