Slitherine

I seem to recall you could activate subject balloons which appeared on opposite sides (attacker/defender) of a possible combat. They contained icons of the operative POAs. IIRC, these were a little more comprehensive than the pre-combat info at the bottom of the screen (e.g., a command advantage was shown if applicable). Are these gone or have I just forgotten how to activate them?

I couldn't find any reference to these in Help and have no idea what they're called in order to search for them here. I much appreciate tolerance of newbies and TIA for any response.
