28's have got suddenly cheaper with the arrival of affordable well modelled plastics

In the FoG Forum as a whole, I haven't noticed any decline in 15mm discussions, just a bit of an increase in 25/28mm chat. IMHO, the fact that FoG is appealing to players in both scales (as well as 10mm) is great news. BTW, the BHGS lists indicate that for Britcon there were 10 players in the 25mm FoG tournament, and 62 players in the 15mm FoG tourney. So it sounds like 15mm FoG gaming is doing very well indeed.

Also the 15mm miniature market is pretty saturated. There a holes for those who know where to look but generally for the popular eras and amries there are very good choices of models available.

I'm a newbie... can you direct me to where I can buy these plastic 28mm minis? I know of only a couple, and they both have very limited selections (Wargames Factory and Warlord Games).

If you go to www.plasticsoldierreview.com there are reviews of just about every 1:72 scale plastic figure you can buy. Once you find a manufacturer or range you like, I suggest you do a search on the net for a supplier. (But note that 1:72 isn't 28mm - they're a bit smaller depending on the manufacturere - however, they're fine to use in the 25mm scale).
