Just applied the 3.3.9 beta patch but this was occurring before that - completed the scenario, met all victory conditions in 23 turns. After clicking the Exit button on the victory window, the game goes into Loading mode then just goes to the Menu? Have tried multiple times, same result.

Rebooted laptop just in case, no change.

You are starting the scenario from the Blitzkrieg campaign map, right? Not from the scenarios list in the Singleplayer panel?

Damn good question! Don't remember but will restart from campaign map. (Bet he's right)
