Wargamer need for programming!

HI guys
this is a strong modding community and there are probably some good coders out there. You may have seen the advert but I wanted to push it here. We are looking for a full time programmer to join the team. You do not need previous games experience but you need to be a wargamer. We have found you can train people to code games if they are already a good programmer but you can't teach some how to be a wargamer.
