SP-exploit in custom campaigns

If you let a campaign start with enough specialisation points (SP) to purchase any spec. then you can save and reload to gain all points back without loosing the previously purchased specs.
The original campaigns should be unaffected as they don't offer enough to purchase anything. This exploit also doesn't work anymore during the campaign after the first scenario.
For example, add 10 points to the 7Blitzkrieg\data.cmp file and launch the campaign. Before you start the first scenario, you can already purchase some specialisations. Afterwards, you can quicksave and quickload in the campaign-screen to gain all 10 points back without loosing the purchased specs.
Last but not least a suggestion: I'd like a popup-window of unspent SP at campaign start too to remind the player. Useful for continuation-campaigns if you provide some points to start without gifting any specs in advance.
