I recently received my 12th anniversary coupon but I don't know how to use it. I tried to buy a game and inserted the number in the coupon field but it wasn't recognized. Tried it with and without dashes. HELP !!

Have you inserted the full coupon code, including the percentage value (and the dashes)?
