Multiplayer login issue

When I attempt to play a Multiplayer game it ask me to enter my login name and password. I enter my email address as its my login and it doesn't fit. Am I not entering the correct name? I use my login info that I use to get to this forum on the Slitherine site. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.
