Skirmish or scenario/campaign play without US withdrawal?

Wondering if that could be added as an option. Maybe for skirmish (I guess reworking the whole campaign is kinda unrealistic)?
If that is deemed too easy the objectives and enemies could be made a tad harder to balance this out for this specific game/mission/scenario.
I just think being able to complete a game with the forces you nursed from the beginning would be cool sometimes.
I'm not through with the campaign yet, so my assumption is that the withdrawal always happens in every mission. Also if we get an editor at some point it would be nice if this could be set or scripted there.
