Well, it's a good sign that your file has been downloaded four times, so maybe they are looking at it. Meanwhile, you might want to give more details than a subject line and a file attachment. Did it crash once or is it chronic, meaning you cannot load the file at all? Are you able to play the campaign and save it otherwise?

By the way, I happened to have a Rising Sun auto save left over, so as a test, I went to load it as a test and it did so successfully. That would indicate that the problem is with your file or game installation and not the game itself.

Unfortunately there is no further information, I just tried to open the file from LOAD windows and the game crashed, but (good thing) this happened just once. Next time everything went well. I uploaded the log because a window asked me to do so.
