ANA Training Time

I posted this problem earlier on Steam but I didn't have a save at the time and now its back. I now have a save of this if you would like it. Its really hard to make your withdrawal percentages when it take 10 turns to train an ANA unit.

Ive had the opposite, Ive had ANA units with training times of -1 including units such as the APC and Helicopter. As soon as I trained the unit they appeared ready to go the following the turn.

We found the bug and will be in V1.0.6 beta due out tommorrow
